Welcome to the Parish of Waddesdon, Westcott, Upper Winchendon and Fleet Marston, Buckinghamshire. Therein lies the story of three small and one large village churches joining together to encourage and support each other as we seek to serve our respective communities.
We, a group of people of all ages and backgrounds, recognise we are on a shared journey to wholeness as we discover God’s love and care for us. We recognise the importance of every individual and value the contribution each one makes to our life together. We rejoice to see toddlers and octogenarians and all ages in between worshipping, eating and crafting together. We are not a church that believes it has in some way arrived at a destination. We relate to the biblical model of “Pilgrims on a journey”. We invite you to come and see if you would like to join us on that journey. Be assured of a warm welcome.
Each of the churches have their own unique character and section on the website. Our parish is part of a larger group of churches known as The Schorne Team. We all get together to worship four times a year and celebrate that we are also part of a much bigger picture. Could you be part of that picture?

A large village church, St. Michael’s has been recently restored.
The church of St Mary the Virgin in the village of Westcott
St Mary Magdalene perched on top of a hill with lighting provided by candles.
St. Mary’s is an isolated medieval church in the middle of fields.
